Our lamb is reared, free range, in one of the most intensely diverse landscapes on the planet. Their habitats include temperate, rain-lushed meadows and valleys, mineral rich salt-marshes and robust high altitude mountain pastures.
Available all seasons, our lamb is naturally low in fat, enriched with iron, vitamins, zinc and, as you would expect, free from any growth promoting hormones.
All our lamb is reared in natural environments. Ample rain, fertile soil, open pastures and a year-round temperate climate provide ideal conditions. A strict grass-fed diet results in leaner meat with fewer calories.
This is a very special ram. He is the result of an unprecedented decade-long breeding programme that has resulted in a lamb that breaks all the rules.
TE MANA LAMB are raised at high altitude in New Zealand’s hill and high country in the spring, and grazed on chicory and red clover pastures in the summer. The result is a red marbled meat with a unique fat profile and elevated Omega 3 levels, that gives an astonishing original flavour, texture and delicacy. Find out more
